I'm writing apps in Norwegian and English language simultaneously. I've been wondering about
translating some of the const files in VCL directory and maybe recompile them. Is there a smart way
to control which version I using or do I have to rename the files, and use them one at a time. Since
I'm a hobby programmer, buying an expensive translation suite is out of the question.

Any suggestions and comments are appreciated !
