BDE can't run under Win98 SE.

Hi,

I found that BDE 4.51, 5.01, 5.10 can't run under Windows 98 Second Edition,
what's going wrong?

This is a bug on W98 with the video drivers. Change to color depth of
the display to something more than 16 colors and BDE should run.
