Rebooting or Shutting Down

Hello;

there is in the FAQ of Pascal how to reboot the computer in both Cold & Warm
boot. that is fine. but is there a way of turning off an ATX computer.
Windows 95+98 will shut the computer when i select Shut Down.

what is the code to do this in Turbo Pascal 7 or any other language, i don't
know interrupters or assembly, but i accept them.

can anyone provide me a code for that, not an idea only.
