Need help with Turbo Pascal for Windows...

I just got my hands on Turbo Pascal for Windows but the help file was
missing.
Could anyone send me the help file or help me using wincrt???
Wincrt isn't compatiple with crt.
All the commands like delay, textcolor, and those wich you use VERY
frequently are missing.
Please.

Missing? From the 'original' disks? Unlikely...contact Borland, uh,
?Interprise? now.

Aye, that's for sure!

Var T:TMsg; {I declare tMsg outside of proc. Is it Faster? Osmo?}
Procedure TimeSlice;
Begin
     While PeekMessage(T,0,0,0,pm_Remove) Do {GetMessage will wait for a
message}
     Begin                                   {PeekMessage just checks
and returns}
        TranslateMessage(T);
        DispatchMessage(T);
     End;
End;

Procedure Delay(Time:LongInt); {in milliseconds}
Var T:tMsg;
Var Start:LongInt;
Begin
     If Time<=Zero Then Time:=One;
     Start:=GetTickCount;
     Repeat TimeSlice Until GetTickCount>=(Time+Start); {Could cause
problems if your}
                                                        {computer has
already been on}
                                                        {for 48+ days...
with WinDoze}
                                                        {'tis very
unlikely. <grin>}
End;

As for the TextColor...I still haven't figured out that. Does anyone
have equivalents?
