Setting Excel Chart values from Delphi

Hi, I have been trying to set the maximum value for a chart. For example
I am charting values that are percentages so the maximum value is always
100. I am creating the Charts in Excel97 using Delphi 5 server
components. Is there a way to specify the maximum value for the chart?
