getting a Bitmap from Ms ACCESS into a TPicture in Delphi

Hello dear reader,

When i try to get a bitmap fom an MS access database into delphi it
complains that the data it receives from access is not a valid bitmap
object.

Is there something i need to know?

I'm affraid there is unwanted OLE information in there or sometehing.
Help will be appreciated greatly:)
