TP 7.0 is a subset of BP 7.0. Among other things BP will compile
into Windows and Protected Mode. TP won't.

Turbo Pascal 7.0 for DOS - can only produce real mode DOS
applications. Has the Turbo Vision applications framework.

Borland Pascal w/Objects 7.0: can produce real mode DOS,
protected mode DOS (DPMI) and 16-bit Windows applications.
Can produce 16-bit DPMI and Windows DLLs. Has the Turbo
Vision and Object Windows applications frameworks.
