SERIOUS ERROR DURING CONNECTION TO INFORMIX SERVER !!!

Configuration used:

INFORMIX CLIENT SDK 9.30.2.40 TC1

BDE Administrator/Configurations/Drivers/Native/Informix/
DLL=

SQLINF32.DLL
or
SQLINF9.DLL

OS:
WINDOWS NT 4 SP5
W2K
-------------

After entering password for example:

adwewwwr  sdfsd 08-8-8=6|+)+)!@+_!@)#~#_*@!_*~

or

wekhriowerioewrweriueruieiteitioertuioertiouertiriotrturetioretuerit

we receive :

BDE Error:

General SQL error.
Cannot locate 8=6 service/tcp service in /etc/services.

After that if we enter correct password, we recieve the same error from BDE

???

For password:
adwewwwr  sdfsd 08-8-86|+)+)!@+_!@)#~#_*@!_*~
BDE HANGS ON !!!

What year this error will be fixed ????????

1. If your Client is IConnect 9.3, you need the SQLINF9.DDL

2. Is the corerect serveice/port included in the Services file? (sqlexec or
turbo port 1526 ?(i'not sure yet)

I do not have problems  with connection to Informix Server from BDE.
This problem is in BDE- authorization  mechanism... Informix utility
ilogin.exe  handles  this situation well.
