I need to drag files from my delphi program to explorer.
The files I need to move are stored on a remote system, so I need to
be notified of the drag start, so I can download the files.
Then let windows do it normal copy bit.
I know how to drag from explorer to my app, but I can't seem to find
how to do it the other way.

Can anyone help me out?

If anyone knows where they are in either Mastering Delphi 3, or Delphi
developers handbook, please give me the page number! I've given up
with the indexes!
