Turbo De{*word*81} Patch Doesn't Work

We are trying to run Borland Pascal 7.0 under Windows95, and we
have troubles running the De{*word*81} (which opens a text window).

Yes, we applied the patch available from Borland (tdsvga.zip), but
on some machines (maybe depends on the graphics card) it just
crashes.

Hello, I'm new to Turbo Pascal programming.  Actually I am only a Gr 11
student taking a computer credit.  I am wondering how could I input a
picture file like .PCX or .BMP ... etc.  And is there a way to convert
sound files to TP code?
