MS ACCESS and MS-SQL drivers

Does anybody have any suggestion for better and faster drivers to access
MS-SQL and MS-ACCESS from common DELPHI 3.0 table components.

I am now using MS-SQL ODBC driver which works but is too slow.

the BORLAND ACCESS driver does not support Transaction and the MS_ACCESS
ODBC driver is slow and crashes my appplication.
