Save word document to BLOB under Interbase

Hi all,
can anybody help me with this problem ?
I have TWordApplication and I generate Word document. This document I must
to save to BLOB field on Interbase Database.
I have no idea how to work with strams, but I feel is the right solution.

But how save word document to stream ?
