An error occurred while attempting to initialize the Borland Database Engine (error $2B32)

Hi,

I have a web system written in Delphi 5 (CGI). My application access a
Oracle DataBase 8.1.6 through the BDE 5.1 and my server has WinNT.
Recently I upgrade my server and my OS to Win2k. The same application
don't work in this server, when I have two or more simultaneous access
the follow error appear:
"An error occurred while attempting to initialize the Borland Database
Engine (error $2B32)" .

Somebody can help me please, I really dont know what to do.
