I'm testing out the shareware program HelpScribble at this time.  I
knew very little about Help authoring before using HelpScribble, but I
have created some fairly nice help files including bitmaps.  I also
like the fact that it will do a quick "framework" help file on Delphi
Units and adds a tool to Delphi 2.0 to allow you to view actual
descriptions of Help Contexts at design time rather than just context
numbers.  It's not made for Delphi programmers only, however, it
simply has these tools available if you are.  You might check it out.
