Forms Visible on Open Project

That's my question. How do you do this? I use Delphi 5. There seems
to be no consistency. One time I open the project, the form is visible, and
the next time, I have to click View Form to make it visible. How do I make
it visible on open?
Thanks for any input. I've put up with this for ages. Tried innumerable
times/things to change this.
