Where do we report Delphi bugs?

Hi,
where can I report a Delphi 6 Bug (except from
http://pso.inprise.com/webcustomer/clearexx_cgi/x_Select_Part_Bug.htm )
It's about the XML Mapper and the creation of transformations.

I do not believe the bug reporting is working at this time but there is a new
Delphi 6 update out so you should probably check that out first
