I want to use Delphi4-InstallShield (installed under Win95) for a
program written in Delphi1 under Win3.11.
I want the install program to be able to install on any platform,
including Win3.11.
Delphi4-InstallShield-help says that default is ANY platform and also
that "Win16" shall exist under "Target platforms for the group". But
if I'm looking in InstallShield:  "Specify Components and Files -
Properties - Target platforms for the group" all platforms are there
EXCEPT Win 3.11!
What's wrong?
Can anyone help?

I found out that "InstallShield Express for Borland Delphi 4.0" is the
"InstallShield Express Customer Edition" which do not support Win
3.11, though the Help says it supports Win 3.11.
