updating from 9.00.12 to 9.00.14 on Kylix 3

Kylix 3 comes with 9.00.12 pre-installed on it, how do i upgrade it to 9.00.14
I assume i need to remove the 9.00.12 components and then install the 9.00.14
ones, but i can not see anyway to do that?
