ListView with a footer?

A ListView (derivative of TListView) with a footer and capable of doing
simple calculations (sum, average, count) as items are added or deleted from
the list ?

Very nice grid, good looking, has footer, etc. but too far away from the
TListView I am using in my almost done project , (items are rows, subitems
are cells etc.). Thanks.
