BDE handle able to be shared with IBX handle?

Hi All,
Does anyone know if this is possible? (like IBO)

Yes; there's a component for this on my CodeCentral page. I

haven't updated it in a long time; it seems to require minor tweaks
with some IBX updates. But the principle is pretty simple, and of
course the component comes with source code.
