Help: BDE 4.0 and MS SQL 6.5

Help: BDE 4.0 and MS SQL 6.5

After installing the BDE 4.0 everytime my program issues an insert into MS
SQL tables, fields that should contain a null value are populated with a
black square. This worked fine before the upgrade.
