I received a response from the writer of the survey and here is what he
said.
Delphi/Pascal was included in the study, but inadvertently left out of the
story in the August 1st issue.
The numbers: 5% currently use Delphi or Pascal, and that 4% said that they
expect to begin or continue using Delphi or Pascal over the next 12 months.
