required package: "dcldb50.bpl" not found

Hello,

I am trying to compile a Turbopower library (Flashfiler 2) and its
examples. I am working under delphi 5.0. I am getting the message
"required package dcldb50.bpl" not found. Is this a part of Delphi
5.0 standard or is it only with the professional version?

Any help appreciated.
