Buenas Tardes , estamos solicitando programador en Delphi 6 con
conocimientos de Bases de Datos relacionales no mayor a 30 años para
trabajar enla ciudad de Mexico por la zona del Aereopuerto para concertar

The board is hosted by Borland on US servers, I do not think Legal would
feel at all comfortable about the ad being posted regardless of the laws in
Mexico.

countries under any law other than the US laws. Accepting a posting like the
one referenced could be interpreted as Borland implicitly accepting
something that is very much illegal in the US. The person posting the ad
should, as a matter of simple common courtesy, respect the laws of the
country in which company HQ is located that is allowing him to post the ad
(as a courtesy).
