Surround SCM and Delphi

Anyone here using Seapine's version control system, Surround SCM:

and/or its companion issue tracker, TestTrack Pro:
www.seapine.com/ttpro.html
If so, I'd appreciate to hear your experiences, and how it 'mixes'
with Delphi (compared to e.g. StarTeam).
