CGI Expert Free for Delphi 3

Hi!
Long time ago I used CGI Expert Free (www.cgiexpert.com) with Delphi 3.
Now I have to recompile that old program, only have Delphi 3 but can not
find the copy of CGI Expert Free that was used for Delphi 3. I can not
reach the developer by email.
If someone has this old component, my I ask you to send me a copy to
