SQL explorer's data tab gives "general sql error"

SQL explorer's data tab gives "general sql error"

Other than that everything works, connecting to database(using oracle
alias), executing queries and viewing text works. But click that data tab
and this error comes: General Sql error, ORA-12663, DBE error 13059.

So what does this data tab do differently from ordinary sql queries? Any
ideas?
