processing delimeted strings with TStringList

Has anyone encountered a problem when processing a delimeted strings with
TStringList? In particular, when the input string contains spaces, then the
TStringList object seems not to process it correctly, no matter what the
delimiter is.

I'll appriciate any input on the subject, thanks

I believe that anything with spaces needs to be wrapped with quotes.

a,ab,"ab c",de,"de fg"
