How to delete duplicates from unindexed table?

You could do it in 2 steps, by extracting the unique records via a SQL and
either a) save the result as the original table, or b) empty the original
table and add the result of the SQL back in.

One very easy way is to temporarily make the table indexed!
(Restructure the table, flag the essential field(s) as index(es),
 save, discard the KEYVIOL.DB table, restructure the original
table again, remove all indexes and finally save it).
