Problem creating MS Access table with DBdesktop

I'm using V7.0 of the Database Desktop and have just upgraded to BDE
4.51. When I try to create a MS Access table, I get the error "Can't
load MSJT3032.DLL". This file is not on my system. If needed, where
can I get it?
