SVGA BGI in protected mode

Does anyone know where to find BGI drivers that will really work in BP 7.01
both in real and protected mode? My graphic card is ATI  M6T
The standard EGAVGA.BGI works well but I want to have higher resolutions.
Good results in real mode were obtained with SVGABG55.ZIP (drivers dated 23
8 1994) , but non of the protected mode drivers work.

If your card supports VESA 16-color high resolution modes you can use
VESA16.BGI.
If it doesn't you can try third party software in 256 colors.
Indeed, SVGABG55 doesn't work in protected mode.

VESA16 works well on another computer of mine but not this new one. I found
another driver that also claims to work in protected mode: SVGA333b.zip. I
havent tried it jet. Any other names are welcome.
By the way is there a better way to test it is than just following the crash
course?
