RE ADO working in WIN 9X -not working on WIN2000 PROF

a simple program accessing an ACCES2000 database in all win 9x pc does not
work in WIN2000 although MDAC 2.61 installed..

I notice that in win 2000 the driver for ACCES is installed in ODBC, like in
win 9x, but in win 9x i find also the Acces.dns, not in win2000
Any idea to help me ??
