Error in close connection

When I call close application or close SQLConnection I always get error:

Exceprion EAccessViolation in module ntdll.dll at ......

It doesn't happen when I close application without database connection. Only
when I call SQLConnection Connectec := False;

Any idea what can be wrong ? (I use Win2000 SP2)
