*.BLL still needed with BDE 5.01 or are *.BTL files replacements ?

Like in : usa.btl (36K) replaces usa.bll (100k).

I don't agree with you. I don't have any *.BLL installed in my BDE
location, but "database" programs are still working?!

No they are not. The .BTL files have replaced the .BLL files. You also need
CHARSET.CVB.

BTL is the new format of BLL for 5.0 ver and up.. you can delete
those BLL files!
