D4 e.g. bkquery

I am trying to run the db e.g. bkquery in D4, but get the error message:

key violation
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access 97 Driver] Couldn't Use '(Unknown)': file
already in use
Alias: MS ACCESS 97

Could anyone help?
