Sorry ! Dear Trefethen,
I don't like write your name in subject and I know there is have very clever
guru's. But I ask this question 3 time. I tryed your ActionBand component.
And I found a sample for my problem (Convert TMainmenu to TActionMainMenu)
But this sample is not support Customize toolbar actions. I am convert
menuitems. They are work in ActionMainmenu well. But I don't see actions in
Customizedlg. What is your suggestion for this problem?

I think you're going to have to recreate all the actions from scratch :/

I'm not sure I really understand your question but are you sure the

customize dialog is connected to the ActionManager?
