I wanted to say thank you for the positive feedback you guys in the previous
thread.
I listened to your ideas and added the enhancement of allowing for variable
thickness control outlines. It still supports filled highlights as well. The
screenshot has been updated and a new demo has been posted below.

Oh, and the source code is now available for the impatient.
