D2: modify TCustomComboBox in STDCTRLS.PAS

Hi all,

I want to change the procedures TCustomComboBox.SetSelStart and
TCustomComboBox.SetSelLength (in STDCTRLS.PAS), because of the
bug in Delphi 2.0 (see: Delphi Magazine, issue 18, feb 1997, Tips
& Tricks).

Changing the text in the PAS-file is obvious, but what is the next
step (I have never done this before)?
I probably have to compile the PAS-file, but how ? Do I have to use
Component | Rebuild Library ?
