EDBEngieError "Operation not applicable"

When I set filter:
Form1.dat.filter = 'ZapSt = '+Data[2]; (Data[2] = 1);

I get an exeption: EDBEngieError "Operation not applicable"

What can I do?

It seems to be one of two things...
Whether the table is open while you change the filter string
or ZapSt is of another type than a number...

And I think Data[2] is of type string isn't it?
