Access to IBM Lan Support Program

I have a DOS turbo application that accesses the IBM Lan Support Program
using INT 5C and want to migrate it to Windows using Borland Pascal
or Delphi. Looking for information in network programming in
windows. It is ok to issue the INT 5C call from the application?
