I have recently dusted off the old serial code libraries in an attempt
to control an A2D device, but it alwasy seems to lock up the port when I
remove delays in my communication loops.  Then I have to exit the IDE
and run some other terminal program to unlock it.  I am running TP7 and
win95 on a 486 machine.  Anybody have any ideas?  Anybody have a library
that works?
