I've figured out how to load an icon from a resource using "LoadIcon", and
displaying it on the screen. Here's the problem: The icon is defined in the
resource as being 16x16, 16 colors. After I use LoadIcon to load it, I get a
32x32 icon.

How do I prevent this?
