User level security

Hi,
How can I programetically setup an user level security for an access
database. Any help will be highly appreciated.

I have been breaking my head over this for a long time. I haven't got
any answers yet. will let you know when i do. Though i can show you
how to create user level security in MSAccess through Access, but will
not be able to use it through Delphi.
