ORACLE and SMALLINT?

Hallo,

Can I use the Data-Type SMALLINT in Oracle?

in SQL:

CREATE TABLE MyTable (
  ID      NUMBER(8)        NOT NULL,
  Len   <SMALLINT>
);

My Problem is, how must <SMALLINT> ::= ? be set.

Best regards
Stephan Schneider

Re:ORACLE and SMALLINT?

You can use NUMBER(3), it will be mapped in TSmallIntField. This is what i
have tried, but most probably till NUMBER(5) you will have SmallInt. After
that TIntegerField will be mapped.
