I believe that the Q&E(now Intersolv) ODBC driver uses the BDE to access
Paradox 5 files, in fact it does I was using a copy which came with SQL
Windows(it is restricted to use with SQL Windows).With Paradox 4.5 and
earlier, I am not particular sure. This will make using it with Paradox 5
files in coexistence with another BDE more trouble free.But with Microsoft
ODBC I don't think that is the case.
