Adding Secondary Indexes without a Primary Index

Do anyone know how to programatically add a secondary index to a table
without a primary index .  The database desktop allow one to do it, but
programming it seems
to be a problem.

Any help will be appreciated !

You can create a secondary index without a primary key, but that index will
not be maintained.  In other words, as soon as any change whatever is made to
the table, the index becomes "out of date" and must be rebuilt.
