name of the company after the divestiture.

Well, part of the problem is, what ELSE would you call it? David
suggested Developer Tools Division so we could have acronym overloading
on DTD, but evidently "Division" implies some type of legal structure
we're not setting up.

Well as I mentioned somewhere before, I believe that
the best names are the name of the technology combined
with a meaningful qualifier to make the combination unique,
easy to pronounce, and easy to remember. --JohnH
