Translate 24-hour to 12-hour format

Hi,

I am using Informix On-Line 7.2 and Delphi 4 and bothered by the problem
which Delphi does not show 24-hour Informix Time data correctly. For
example 03:00 in Informix is translated into 09:00pm in Delphi where
21:00 in Informix is showed as 03:00 AM in Delphi. Can anybody help me
out?
