At Borland:

(sorry, no exact URL)

At the bottom of the page you find a link to "BDE", follow that one
and try to find the pages with C and Delphi samples (I guess on
TechInfo).

TUtility is available on one of these pages (I guess on the C one).

A hint: point your browser just to the DIRECTORY where you find the
files, than you will get the whole list.

WARNING: TUtilitly 2.52 (!) is NOT compatible with the DLL import
libraries for 2.50 (also available there). I would be EXTREMELY glad
if someone could point me to some documentation on _2.52_

TUtility.DLL contains Paradox table utilities, such as table repair, etc.
