Hi everyone,

I URGENTLY need a simple routine that establishes a serial
one-on-one communication on an IBM PC compatible running
Windows 95.. It could be in Delphi, Visual C++,
Borland C++, what the heck. As long as it works and it's simple
to embed in my own program.

PLEASE help me out ! It's supposed to be possible via file-functions
in delphi, but the routines just hang the whole system !

Please answer directly, as I'm not a regular reader of this board.
